I will keep the links on the side bar of this blog up-dated with others who are also trying to stop shopping, particularly for clothes this year. As I stated in my first blog, I am not unique in this resolution, and now I shall prove it!
These web-links are also my excuse to post something, as I have not had any time this year to go thrift-shopping. To be honest, I'm beginning to feel bored with this blog, so hopefully I can find some inspiration in other's writings.

The Challenge
In an effort to recycle and save money, I have resolved not to buy any new clothes for an entire year, unless the clothes are second-hand.
The Guidelines
1. "New" clothing may not be purchased.
2. Only previously-owned clothes may be purchased.
3. ALL garments considered part of one's "wardrobe" are subject to these rules, with the exceptions of socks, underwear, and shoes, which may be purchased new.
4. Gifts of new clothes may be accepted, but not specifically requested.
5. Work uniforms may be newly purchased. "Uniforms" do not include mere descriptions such as "business casual."
6. These rules stay in effect until 1/01/2009
